HTC One M8 Release In March? New Case Design Leaked Early

HTC One M8 Release In March? New Case Design Leaked Early

The HTC One M8 (or HTC One Two or HTC Two) release is predicted to be announced next month at the Mobile World Congress event. Many believe the successor to the HTC One phone is coming by March.
Rumors concerning the HTC One M8, the top secret sounding design name for the next generation HTC phone, have been swirling since some of the specs for the new phone were leaked in November. The HTC One M8 is expected to feature a much upgraded camera. While many consumers loved the feel and design of the android run HTC One, they were largely disappointed in the weak camera.
Fans of the HTC One have nothing to fear with the new model. It is expected to reveal a 1440 x 2560 pixel (QHC) resolution display. The new case design that has been leaked to multiple media outlets also shows a second cutout for what appears to either be a secondary eyesight for a camera or a space for index finger print scanning. There are a number of questions regarding that second hole. It is very possible the HTC One M8 will feature twin UltraPixel cameras to improve autofocus, image quality, and depth of focus.
Also expected to be announced in February for the March release is a five inch screen. The larger display (probably not wraparound in case you were wondering) will have a 1080 HD display. But more than aesthetic upgrades are coming with the HTC One M8. Anchored by the Qualcomm snapdragon processor, possibly 3 GB of RAM, and running KitKat, the HTC One M8 is sure to be back in the mix for best handset.

iPhone 5s Data Usage Is Higher Than Any Tablet

iPhone 5s Data Usage Is Higher Than Any Tablet

iPhone 5s Data
iPhone 5s users sure like their phones — and their data plans apparently. In the most recent study by JDSU, a technologies company dedicated to improving optical networking worldwide, they found that iPhone 5s data usage is the highest of any device. Ever. They even use more mobile data than any tablet on the market.
Apple products are no strangers to using high amounts of mobile data. In fact, an iPhone has been at the top of the annual study since 2010. Originally, the study only looked at 3G devices, but even then the iPhone 4 dominated the data market.
With iPhone 6 rumors swirling all over the internet, this news has to make Apple investors happy. The implications are that Apple’s flagship handset device, the iPhone 5s is being used more regularly by its customers than any other device. But the report revealed much more than that.
iPhone 5s data usage was 20 percent higher than the previous iPhone 5 and seven times higher than the iPhone 3G. Let that sink in for a moment. iPhone 5s users are sucking down 4G/LTE data so fast that.1 percent of users account for over half of the entire data usage.
Tablets on the other hand only saw two devices in the top ten. The most data hungry tablet? Apple’s fourth generation iPad. Interestingly, the iPad mini has shown to consume very little data. All of this usage on mobile handsets has market strategists wondering, what’s next?
Some of the high data usage can be chalked up to the constant release of new products. Call it the Christmas syndrome. With the release of a new flagship phone every year, Apple started a trend that other producers, like Samsung with their Galaxy series, have picked up on. On Christmas, children can not wait to play with all their new toys. The release of phones has created the same mentality, but in adults. Upon purchasing their brand new iPhone 5s, consumers are using large amounts of data. But what the amount of data usage is not going down over time.
“The faster the speeds that mobile operators provide, the more consumers swallow it up and demand more,” said Michael Flanagan, CTO of Mobility for the Network and Service Enablement business segment of JDSU and author of the study. “One would expect a honeymoon period in which early adopters test their toys. But for 4G users to consistently exhibit behaviour 10 times more extreme than 3G users well after launch constitutes a seismic shift in the data landscape. This has important ramifications for future network designs.”
A common phrase used now in the world of data usage and networking is “extreme users”. 4G users of the major phone brands are quickly becoming labeled in studies like the one performed by JDSU. It can only leave consumers guessing how data providers will begin dealing with the potential issue of stressed networks. Charging extreme users more? Creating special extreme user hotspots? Only time will tell.

Samsung Galaxy S4 Pros & Cons

The long wait for the Samsung Galaxy S4 finally met a good end with its official announcement on March 14. Thanks to Samsung to clear all the rumors and news about Galaxy S4. Since the Smartphone is unveiled, you might have checked out its specs, right? So, are you impressed from the Smartphone? What are the good and bad points in the Galaxy S4?
Oh! so you are not able to conclude that on your own? OK!! Do check out the pros and cons of Samsung Galaxy S4 in this article.
Samsung Galaxy S4 Pros & Cons

Pros of Samsung Galaxy S4

Outer Look is Good
What’s the meaning of having high-end device in your hand if it can’t add stars in your personality? Thanks to Samsung who cares for the outer look of its devices. The Samsung Galaxy S4′s look, at first instance, seems to be same of Samsung Galaxy S3. In fact, it is actually so to large extent, but not completely.
Display is Just Awesome
The 5-inch screen with 441 ppi pixel density is one of the best eye-catching points of Samsung Galaxy S4. 1080 x 1920 pixels is the resolution what is offered by Super AMOLED capacitive touch screen in Galaxy S4. A good reason for gaming and movie freaks to opt for this incredible device.
Processor
If you ask me to tag any of the pros as ‘the best’, then my vote will be for ‘Processor’. Come on, Exynos 5 Octa 5410 chipset, and Quad-core 1.6 GHz Cortex-A15 & quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 processor is not a joke!. It is far better than any of its rivals.
Camera
The 13MP camera is Primary and 2MP camera is Secondary. You might have seen such megapixels count before, right? But wait!! There is something unique. There is ‘Dual Shot’ feature. It enables both cameras to work at same time and click pictures or shoot videos simultaneously. Drama Shot, and some other camera features are also part of Galaxy S4.
Amazing Software Features
The new feature, the Smart Pause brings the smartness in the Smartphone by letting it know that when you are actually looking at the screen and when you’re not. Air View, Air Gesture, Smart Stay and many other amazing features add this point to the list of pros of Samsung Galaxy S4.

Samsung Galaxy S4 Cons (Problems)

The Samsung Galaxy S4 is powered by Li-Ion 2600 mAh battery which does not seem to be enough, as the processor is whopping eight cores. Though the company is claiming long battery backup, but the experts have a doubt on it. Their views don’t favor Samsung’s. If the battery backup does not come out to be good, then of course, it will be the biggest problem of Samsung Galaxy S4.
Many fans are also not pleased by the design. The Smartphone has been blessed with plastic body, which does not feel much premium. Galaxy S4 is going to compete with kinds of iPhone 5, which comes with Aluminum and glass body.  The finish on the surface of body is not good. Its rivals like iPhone 5 and HTC One have better design.

iPhone 6: Speculations And Rumours

The smartphone market is always buzzing with some news or the other. There are always new phones to be launched, each company trying to outdo the other by introducing new technologies and trying to lure in customers. Apple; the technology giant always manages to create a lot of hype before the release of its products. The iPhone 6 is no different and there have been many speculations regarding its release date and features.

iPhone 6 Release date & price

There is no end to the number of rumors regarding the date of its launch. If some rumors are to be believed it will be released later this year. However, many tech experts believe that this rumor is highly unlikely to be true. Many experts believe that the iPhone 6 is most likely to be released in June 2014. The rumors surrounding its release date has created confusion among customers who are not sure whether to wait for this phone or not. It would be early to talk about it’s pricing, but if we look at the previous launches, iPhone 6 pricing could start from $600 (without contract). As always, prices of previous models such as iPhone 5 and iPhone 4s will drop after the launch of iPhone 6.

Overall design and look

There are many rumors floating around regarding the look and feel of the iPhone 6. While some of them seem too far fetched and incredible to be true, one can’t help wondering what if? Some of the speculations include that the new iPhone 6 while have a transparent look! Some rumors claim that it will have a holographic screen, laser keyboard and projector! These rumors seem extremely far fetched but at the pace at which technology is going, it wouldn’t be too surprising if Apple did come out with a phone with all these features.
There are many speculations about the home button on the iPhone. The home button is a trademark of iPhone and some rumors claim that Apple is planning to get rid of it completely. While this is admittedly a bold and risky decision, it might just work out in their favor. The rumors say that the home function will be incorporated in some other way; most likely on the touch screen itself. There is also a speculation that the home button would be shifted to the side.
iPhone 6 pics
Rumors suggests that iPhone 6 will not feature the iconic ‘home button’.
The new model will also be the thinnest and sleekest of all iPhone models till date. According to the experts, iPhone 6 will have more upgradations in the software part rather than the hardware part.

Release of other phones

If the rumor mills are to be believed, Apple plans to launch cheaper version of the iPhone 6. It is also said that only a few limited editions will be released in the cheaper model. Also, the new iPhone 6 will be released in different sizes. This will certainly be something novel with smart phones. Not many smart phone companies have released different sizes of the same phone version. Most companies release only ‘mini’ version of the same model.
